1. How long does delivery take?

We deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 working days. For big cities, your order might even arrive earlier.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. Secure online payments are coming soon to make your shopping experience even smoother.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All BagWik products are carefully curated and quality checked. We promise affordable premium designs that give you both style and durability.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. International shipping will be announced very soon.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your parcel on our courier partner’s website.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

8. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our bestsellers are restocked, but many collections are limited edition. If you love a design, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone!
